For select products, we can provide third-party laboratory test reports (e.g., SGS, Eurofins) for assay, heavy metals, micro-organisms, and pesticide residues upon request. For products without standard third-party reports, we can arrange testing on a case-by-case basis—please contact our team to discuss your specific requirements and associated costs.

Yes, we maintain full traceability from source to delivery, and can provide supply chain documentation, including origin certificates, upon request.

Our standard MOQ for most powder ingredients is 1kg for trial orders and 25kg (one full drum) for commercial quantities. For high-value compounds or specific project requirements, we can arrange flexible trial quantities. Please contact our team for item-specific MOQ details—we're happy to accommodate your project needs.

For new customers, we accept T/T (Bank Telegraphic Transfer) and Western Union. Full payment is required in advance. We do not offer credit terms or L/C terms for initial orders. For small-value transactions such as sample shipping fees, PayPal is also accepted.

For stock raw materials, order dispatch occurs within 3–7 business days. We offer flexible shipping methods including Air Express (FedEx/DHL/TNT), Air Freight, and Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) under EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF terms.

We provide full export documentation required for customs clearance in destination countries, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Health Certificates when applicable. We also offer guidance on import requirements for your specific market.

We offer complimentary samples (typically 10g–50g) for pre-purchase evaluation and quality verification for most standard ingredients. The samples are provided free of charge, with buyers responsible for the international courier shipping fee. For certain high-value ingredients, free sampling may not be available—please contact our team to discuss small-quantity paid sample options. We also recommend discussing your specific testing requirements with our technical team to ensure the sample meets your evaluation goals.
